Job purpose
"To lead clinical operations in the MMU; delivering quality preventive and promotive healthcare services in the identified locations. Supervise staff and ensure operational efficiency for community health needs."
Duties and responsibilities
• The Medical Officer will serve as the de facto head of the MMU and will be responsible for all clinical and patient related decisions.
• The MO will treat, diagnose and issue prescriptions.
• The MO will travel across the identified locations through the MMU.
• Ensuring patient data confidentiality at all times.
• Ensuring beneficiaries are provided with the required medical consultations as per the planned health camps in the project.
• To supervise and ensure adequate stock of consumables and maintenance of medical devices for smooth flow of services.
• To conduct quality audits periodically
• To provide health education / awareness through health talks to employees.
• To maintain outpatient consultation reports as per the guidelines
• To oversee, coordinate and operate all the clinical activities.
• To work with the team of the MMU for achieving the overall target of the Project.
• To work in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications / Certifications
• M.B.B.S with preferably 2 years of experience
Working conditions
Should be open to work as per the organization and project requirement.
Appropriate minimum qualified standards in required skill/competency (Typing, Communication...etc) in Tele-health perspective

Technical / Physical requirements
Job location: Bangalore
Timings: 8 hours per day
Workdays: 6 days a week
Required Languages:
• Able to Speak, Read and Write in English and Hindi (mandatory).
