Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5
7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, backend
development, API design, database architecture, and
production-grade system integration. The ideal candidate
will possess strong problem-solving skills, hands-on
implementation expertise, and experience building scalable
AI-powered applications and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend
services, APIs, and AI-powered applications using
Python and related technologies.
• Lead the implementation, deployment,



and integration
of AI/ML models into production environments.
• Build robust REST APIs, service layers, and backend
architectures for web and mobile applications.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database
solutions for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, DevOps, and QA
teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Convert business and technical requirements into
scalable technical architectures and implementation
plans.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and
establish engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
related to backend systems, APIs, databases, and AI
workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve
productivity while maintaining code quality and
security.
• Contribute to system architecture, sprint planning,
technical documentation, and engineering governance.
