About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Transformation & Project Management qualified to join our Global Quality team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate strategic quality initiatives, transformation programmes, and enterprise projects that support Quality Ambition 2030 and the delivery of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Quality Plan.
Working from our Global Capability Centre (GCC), you will collaborate with global stakeholders, quality leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to drive business-critical programmes, enhance governance, and accelerate digital and operational transformation across the quality organization.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Leadership
- Lead and deliver strategic quality projects and transformation initiatives aligned with global quality objectives and business priorities.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Drive execution using established project management methodologies, PMO practices,
and transformation frameworks.
Governance & Performance Management
- Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of quality KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate governance forums, Quality Leadership Team meetings, and Quality Councils, ensuring appropriate preparation, documentation, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Provide clear programme reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Quality Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the delivery of Quality Ambition 2030 initiatives and strategic quality improvement programmes.
- Partner with Quality Systems, Engineering, Technology, and business teams to drive Smart Manufacturing Quality and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and operational effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
