The Power Platform Operations & Administration Engineer is responsible for the administration, governance, support, monitoring, and operational management of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and related services. The role ensures platform stability, security, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting makers, application owners, and business users in multiple shift (24*7 support)
- Administer and support Power Platform environments, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Manage workplace lifecycle activities, including provisioning, configuration, backups, restores, refreshes, and capacity monitoring.
- Implement and maintain governance controls, DLP policies, security roles, and access management.
- Monitor platform health, usage, licensing,



and performance through Power Platform Admin Center and CoE dashboards.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, authentication, connector, and platform-related issues.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution deployment, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools.
- Develop operational reports and governance dashboards using Power BI.
- Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, engineering, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable platform adoption.
