We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who is energetic, relationship-driven, and ready to make an impact to join our Mohali location.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in growing our client base, developing new business, and keeping our sales pipeline moving in the right direction.

Your day-to-day will include:

Hunting for opportunities: Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, email campaigns, networking,



and other creative prospecting channels.
Starting conversations: Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. Yes, cold calling — but we promise it doesn't have to be cold forever
Understanding client needs: Conduct introductory and discovery calls to learn about hiring challenges and position Talentiva Workforce as the right staffing partner.
Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS partners, and Implementation Partners across the US.
Owning the sales journey: Manage the process from prospecting and qualification through client onboarding and account handoff.
Partnering with delivery: Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to make sure client requirements are understood, prioritized, and successfully fulfilled.
Keeping the pipeline healthy: Maintain accurate CRM records, activity updates, sal
