Role Description The Relationship Manager for Banca Channel is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik.



The role involves managing and growing relationships with partner banks, driving sales of Bajaj Life Insurance products through the banca channel, and ensuring achievement of assigned business targets. Daily responsibilities include meeting bank staff and customers, providing product presentations, supporting customer needs, and coordinating joint marketing or promotional activities at branch level. The Relationship Manager will track performance metrics, maintain accurate sales and activity reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The role also requires working closely with internal teams to resolve service issues, enhance customer experience, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
