Job Overview

ASM Tech Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our Recruitment team as US IT & Non-IT Recruiters.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and US Staffing. The selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client requirements.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze IT and Non-IT job requirements.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Review and shortlist resumes based on job specifications.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.




Communicate job opportunities and requirements clearly to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
Work closely with senior recruiters and managers to meet hiring requirements.
Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Develop knowledge of US staffing processes, recruitment terminology, and employment practices.

Required Skills
