Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at 46 Ounces Brewhouse in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate bookings, events, and group reservations, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting venue tours, preparing proposals, negotiating packages, and closing sales. The role also involves monitoring sales targets,



preparing regular reports, coordinating with operations and marketing teams to ensure excellent guest experiences, and representing the brand at local networking events and partnerships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidates should possess client relationship management skills, including follow-up, account maintenance, and after-sales support.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present offerings clearly and build rapport with diverse guests.
Candidates should possess basic business and administrative skills, such as using CRM tools, handling reports, and managing schedules.
