WE’RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

Tiesta is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead our digital growth across Meta, Google & the larger performance ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond campaigns — someone who understands brand, numbers, customer journeys, creative performance and profitable growth.

The role includes:
• Meta + Google Ads
• Full-funnel strategy & execution
• Performance, analytics & optimisation
• Creative testing & audience strategy
• Conversion, retargeting & scaling
• Ownership of ROAS and revenue growth

We’re looking for:
5+ years of hands-on experience, preferably with D2C / luxury / fashion / e-commerce brands. Strategic, analytical, hands-on and driven by results.
