- Provide remote helpdesk and desktop support for end users. N
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services. N
- Assist with user management in Active Directory and AzureAD. N
- Support day-to-day operations of client networks, servers, and security systems. N
- Perform software updates, patches, and installations. N
- Participate in small tomid-sized project rollouts and technical deployments. N
- Document system configurations, updates, and procedures. N
- Assist senior consultants in client network monitoring and issue resolution. N
