• 7 to 10 years of experience in BPO / ITES / Tech support transformation roles with a proven record of AI and tool optimization projects.
• Solid understanding of CRM platforms, digital tool ecosystems, and CX metrics.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML solution design, automation, and deployment is a big plus.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong program management and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, IT, Data Science).
• Change management expertise and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in AI, RPA, or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, FreshDesk, MS Dynamics 365, Servicenow customer Service management, etc.)
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications (Green Belt / Black Belt)
Experience working with global tech cl# ients in transformation consulting or delivery roles.
