- Support end to end asset and inventory administration process for tracking the status, location and ownership of assets as per the Asset Management Process.
- Update the asset database and support the processes required for the capture of any changes and will incorporate those changes into the asset database on regular basis. Correctness and completeness of data/information/ detail captured and updated
- Record updated asset / store inventory keeping all the information, like Serial number, Location, PO details, Warranty / AMC for all Hardware, Software, Server, Network, IPs
- Make the inventory & Asset Data available to SPOC at all time as & when required, for all IT peripherals, spare parts and accessories
- Ensure & coordinate for material movement as per requirement,



maintain separate asset list for refresh, pool assets & other BAU requirements
- Implement the asset management tool for end-user only.
- Provide Physical inventory status and report of the assets to the IT Finance team on a half yearly basis
- Take care of delivery Challans, gate pass etc. for entire inventory to comply with the Audit requirement
- Tagging of assets as per guidelines
- Maintain inventory of spares.
- Asset management team to assist in spare, capacity management and inventory forecasting
- Share the Monthly Asset Management report.
