Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Design and implement creative recruitment strategies that align with the organization's business goals and future workforce planning.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and departmental heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire to optimize hiring effectiveness.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates through timely communication and a structured recruitment process.
- Technology Utilization:
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and recruitment marketing tools to streamline hiring workflows and improve sourcing capabilities.
