About The Role

We are looking for a Business Manager – Finance, Operations & Governance to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, taking ownership of financial reporting, business operations, governance, risk coordination, investor reporting,



and commercial oversight.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to a commercially minded finance skilled who can go beyond accounting and build processes, reporting systems, and operating rhythms from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to independently manage sensitive financial, investor, and operational information.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Own monthly and periodic financial reporting, including P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and financial projections.
Build, maintain and analyse cash flow models, budgets and financial forecasts.
Support the annual budgeting and financial planning cycle.
Monitor financial performance, identify variances and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Oversee finance operations including payroll and general
