Role Description The Information Technology Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, handling user access and permissions, and ensuring data security and backups.



The IT Administrator will provide technical support to internal teams, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems when needed.
