nThis is a builder's mandate, not a maintainer's role.
nYou will spend the first 6–8 months hands-on — doing the groundwork yourself before scaling a team — as you help transition a founder-led culture into a professionally managed one, while preserving the trust and values built over eight decades.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and own the retail and digital commerce technology roadmap to support scaling from 12 to 51 storesn
- Select and implement POS and store-management systems that scale across a rapidly growing networkn
- Build or upgrade the e-commerce platform and mobile app for a seamless omnichannel journeyn
- Implement CRM and loyalty systems suited to a high-trust, high-value jewellery brandn




- Build commerce data infrastructure and analytics to support merchandising and expansion decisionsn
- Partner with the Head of IT on integration with core ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurityn
- Build and lead the retail/commerce technology team from the ground upn
- Champion technology adoption and digital transformation across a founder-led organisationn

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- n
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with 3–5+ years in a CTO/VP Technology (Retail/Commerce) rolen
- Proven experience building retail or e-commerce technology platforms from scratchn
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, luxury, or multi-location consumer businesses; jewellery sector exposure a plusn
- Track record supporting rapid, multi-location scale-up (store network expansion)n
- Hands-on, execution-first mindset with the patience to operate in a founder-led workplacen
- Graduate degree required; Master's/MBA preferr
