Job Description:
- Supervise the entire Finance and Accounts operation by leading the team.
- Prepare yearly budget and other forecasts as required by the management.
- Leading Monthly Book closure and MIS preparation.
- Prepare Financials of the company.
- Lead and ensure the closure of the Statutory Audit.
- Lead and ensure the closure of the Internal Audits.
- Monitor and scrutinize the books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions.
- Maintain proper FAR and Depreciation schedules.
- Manage the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by the Head Finance.
- Ensure all the legal and statutory compliances including Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
- Manage the cash flow and Banking Transactions.
- Develop and train a solid Finance Team.
