This role involves delivering end-to-end solutions in Oracle HCM with a focus on integration, reporting, and data transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in HCM tools alongside functional knowledge in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, HDL/SDL .
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules with an understanding of Core HR, C&B;, Recruitment, and Onboarding .
- Design and build reports using OTBI and BI Publisher .
- Create and manage Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits processing.
- Optionally develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across HCM modules and integrations.
- Document configurations, processes,



and technical designs.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud , specifically in:
- HCM Extracts, HDL Imports, Fast Formulas
- OTBI and BI Publisher Reports
- Strong understanding of Core HR business processes including Compensation & Advantages, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
- Good knowledge of HCM APIs and data transformation logic .
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred (Optional) Skills
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
- Exposure to version control and DevOps pipelines in Oracle HCM deployments.
- Understanding of security roles and data access configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
