As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and acquiring new customers globally. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to potential International customers, presenting utility services and persuading them to sign up.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that align with their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging your knowledge of the International market and utility services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions,



and competitor activities in the utility sector to enhance your sales approach and identify new opportunities.
- Lead Management: Manage and prioritize sales leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience of 1-2 years in outbound sales, particularly in an international process, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
