Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Design and deliver courses in finance at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Research: Conduct and publish scholarly research in high-impact journals. Seek external funding to support research activities. Collaborate with faculty across disciplines to foster interdisciplinary research.
- Mentorship: Advise and mentor students on academic, research,
and career paths. Supervise theses, dissertations, and other student research projects.
- Service: Serve on departmental, college, and university committees. Engage in community and professional service activities that enhance the visibility and reputation of the department and AIBM.
- Industry Engagement: Build relationships with the finance industry to facilitate applied research, internships, guest lectures, and placement opportunities for students.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience:Prior teaching experience at the higher education level preferred. Demonstrable record of research with publications in reputable journals.
- Skills: Proficiency in quantitative methods and financial analysis tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial concepts to students with divers
