TaskOpus (taskopus.ca) is a Canadian service-based company, and we are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Cold Calling Executive to contact potential customers, explain our services, convince them to book, and manage leads and service coordination.

The main responsibility of this role is to call leads, convert inquiries into service bookings, maintain proper records, coordinate with service providers, and support basic admin work.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and leads
- Explain TaskOpus services clearly and professionally
- Convince customers to book services
- Pull leads from Meta, website inquiries, forms, and other sources
- Enter and maintain lead details in Excel/Google Sheets
- Record customer responses, follow-up status, booking details, and payment updates
- Schedule service bookings based on customer requirements
- Accept and track payments from customers
- Coordinate with service providers and assign jobs
- Confirm whether service providers have reached the customer’s location




- Follow up with customers after service completion and collect feedback
- Handle both customer calls and service provider calls
- Support basic online admin tasks as needed
- Communicate with the marketing team to share which campaigns, ads, or strategies are generating good leads
- Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, payments, cancellations, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English:
- Good communication skills in Hindi:
- Ability to convince customers and handle sales conversations confidently
- Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, customer support, sales, or lead management is preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Valuable data handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work from home during night shift hours
- Must be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and speaking
