We are hiring a Compliance Executive for our US Logistics Brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrier onboarding and verification
- Checking MC/DOT authority, insurance, W-9, and safety ratings
- Ensuring compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- Monitoring carrier compliance and insurance renewals
- Detecting fraudulent carriers and maintaining compliance records
- Coordinating with operations and carrier sales teams
Requirements:
- 0-6 Months of experience in US logistics brokerage/compliance
- Knowledge of FMCSA, carrier onboarding, and freight brokerage operations
- Experience with RMIS, Carrier411, SaferWatch, Highway, or similar tools
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
Preferred:
- Experience in US trucking/logistics industry or Voice process in any International BPO/KPO
- Strong analytical and fraud detection skills
