Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to support the design and execution team in developing architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and project documentation. The role offers hands-on exposure to residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Assist in concept design, layout planning, and space planning
- Develop working drawings and coordination drawings
- Support 3D views, basic renderings, and presentation drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and liaison teams
- Assist in statutory drawings and submissions as per UDCPR / local DCR
- Incorporate design revisions based on senior architect & client feedback

Required qualifications
- AutoCAD required
- Basic 3D knowledge




- Photoshop / InDesign for presentations
- Basic understanding of UDCPR, building byelaws, and NBC
- Good knowledge of construction drawings & materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural & coordination drawings
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture

Preferred
- Rhino (preferred)
- Freshers with strong internship experience are welcome
- Willingness to learn, good communication, and teamwork skills

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants should share a portfolio (academic + professional work) including drawings, concepts, and 3D work (if any).
