Position Overview

As the first point of contact at Amaru, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and refined arrival experience for our guests while ensuring smooth coordination between the front-of-house and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests
- Maintain an elegant and polished front-desk presence




- Ensure guests feel valued from arrival to departure
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards
- Strong verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
- Confidence and composure while handling guests
- Basic knowledge of reservations and table management systems
- Ability to perform efficiently during peak service hours
- Prior experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude and presentation may apply
