Social Media Manager:
We’re looking for a highly creative, culturally online Social Media Manager who understands how audience consumes content, communicates online, and builds communities.

This role is for someone who lives on Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms - someone who knows the difference between content that gets ignored and content that gets shared, saved, and talked about.

You should understand internet culture, aesthetics, short-form storytelling, memes, trends, creator culture, and how to make a brand feel relevant without trying too hard.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across social media platforms.
- Create content strategies that align with the brand’s voice, audience, and goals
- Plan, write, and publish engaging content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, audios, formats, memes, and platform algorithm changes
- Brainstorm viral and culturally relevant campaign ideas
- Coordinate with designers, editors, influencers, and content creators
- Write sharp, relatable captions and hooks




- Build and maintain monthly content calendars
- Monitor engagement, insights, and audience behavior
- Reply to comments and DMs in the brand tone
- Research competitors and identify content opportunities
- Assist with influencer collaborations and creator campaigns

Requirements:
- Robust understanding of internet behavior, and social trends
- Experience managing social media pages for brands, startups, or creators
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Understanding of social media algorithms
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Ability to think creatively and execute quickly
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-first environment
