About Auramah Valley
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, resort, real estate, and corporate functions.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Hire across functions, including:
- Resort Operations
- Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Guest Relations
- Chefs and Hospitality Staff
- Real Estate Sales & CRM Teams
- Project, Admin, HR, Finance, and Corporate Functions
- Build strong talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, drive closures, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns.
- 4-8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, hotels,



real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors is strongly preferred.
- Solid expertise in sourcing through job portals and professional networking.
- Proven track record in both bulk and niche hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel between Delhi and Shimla when required.
