- About the Role
As a PGM-2/3 on the WMS team, you will be the connective tissue between business strategy, product vision, and engineering execution. You will own the WMS product roadmap end-to-end from identifying whitespace opportunities in warehouse operations to defining features, leading cross-functional squads, and ensuring successful, high-quality launches.
You will work closely with senior engineering and platform architects, represent the WMS product in leadership reviews, and mentor junior PGMs within the team.
- What will you do at Fynd?
- Define and own the WMS product roadmap, translating warehouse operations strategy, merchant SLAs, and platform scalability needs into a prioritised, milestone-driven plan
- Lead discovery for complex WMS domains: inbound logistics, inventory management, pick-pack-ship workflows, returns processing, and multi-node fulfilment orchestration
- Partner with Platform Architects to drive system design reviews, evaluate trade-offs in microservices architecture, and sign off on technical approaches that meet product goals
- Own sprint health and delivery quality across multiple engineering pods simultaneously, managing dependencies, unblocking escalations, and driving accountability end-to-end
