Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM system
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales and production teams for order updates
- Generate reports on customer interactions and sales activities
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Track leads, orders, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM or customer handling (preferably in manufacturing)
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
