Key Responsibilities
- Identify students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or developmental delays
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) as per CBSE inclusive education framework
- Adapt CBSE curriculum and teaching methods for diverse learners
- Provide remedial instruction (one-on-one / small group)
- Work closely with primary teachers for inclusive classroom practices
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data
- Support children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, etc.
- Conduct parent counselling and regular progress meetings
- Assist in exam accommodations (as per CBSE norms)
- Participate in school activities, training, and workshops
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed in Special Education
- Mandatory RCI registration
- CTET/TET qualified (preferred for CBSE primary section)
- Certification in Special Education (Autism / LD / MR, etc.)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
