Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities (Teacher Role)
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance.
- Provide extra support and guidance to students when required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Encourage active participation and foster a positive learning workplace.

Hostel Administration Responsibilities (Warden Role)
- Supervise students in the hostel and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain strict discipline and ensure students adhere to hostel rules and regulations.
- Ensure students follow daily routines including study hours, meal times, and lights-out schedules.
- Address student concerns, conflicts, and behavioral issues promptly and fairly.
- Coordinate with parents regarding student behavior and welfare when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hostel premises to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.

Language & Discipline Management
- Ensure students communicate in English within the campus and hostel premises.
- Encourage spoken English through daily interaction,



activities, and corrective guidance.
- Monitor and correct inappropriate language or behavior.
- Promote moral values, respect, punctuality, and responsibility among students.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior teaching experience required.
- Experience as a hostel warden or in residential school management preferred.
- Strong leadership and disciplinary management skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to stay on campus (if required).
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
