Role Overview
Required training will be provided.
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, follow up with leads, and guide potential clients for hair transplant and skin treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming & outgoing calls from leads
Explain hair transplant & skin treatments clearly
Follow up with interested patients (WhatsApp & calls)
Convert leads into clinic visits
Maintain basic lead records
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (English / Hindi / Telugu)
Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling
Confident speaking voice
Experience in clinic / sales is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
