We’re looking for a Motion Content Intern who loves visuals, understands social media formats, and enjoys making content that people actually stop scrolling for.

Role Overview

As a Motion Content Intern, you will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to produce social-first video content across brands and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands motion, rhythm, transitions, and retention, not just cuts on a timeline.

What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, brand content)
- Create visually engaging motion-led edits using text, transitions, and effects
- Translate briefs and raw footage into clean, high-retention content
- Support campaign launches, reels, ads, and rapid-turn edits
- Experiment with formats, pacing, hooks,



and storytelling
- Leverage AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and workflows
- Stay updated on Gen-Z trends, creators, and platform formats
- Collaborate with designers, social strategists, and founders

What We’re Looking For
- A portfolio showcasing video edits or motion work (academic, freelance, personal projects accepted)
- Working knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Robust visual taste and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
- Genuine interest in motion, design, and digital culture

Bonus Points If You
- Understand why certain Reels or Shorts perform well
- Have experimented with motion graphics or kinetic typography
- Use AI tools for editing, scripting, or workflow optimisation
- Can balance speed with quality
- Enjoy testing, iterating, and ref
