Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher (Pre-Primary)Qualification:
- Any Graduate (mandatory)
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / ECCEd / Montessori Training (mandatory)

Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pre-primary/kindergarten teaching:
- Freshers with strong training and passion for early childhood education may also apply

Job Summary:
A nurturing and creative educator responsible for fostering early childhood development through play-based learning, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons (rhymes, storytelling, phonics, basic numeracy)
- Implement activity-based and play-way teaching methods:
- Support development of motor skills, language skills, and social behavior:
- Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom workplace:
- Monitor and assess children’s progress regularly




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and events:
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and emotional well-being of children

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
- Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach
- Creativity in teaching (art, craft, storytelling, activities)
- Basic knowledge of phonics and early learning methods:
- Classroom management for young children

Additional Requirements:
- Passion for working with young children
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and caring personality
- Ability to handle children with different learning needs

Salary:
- As per experience and institutional norms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
