Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring needs and job requirements from different departments
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
