Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or CRM role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite
