Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Assist in ingredient preparation, baking, finishing, and decoration
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency




- Support senior chefs in daily production requirements
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Bakery and Pastry (mandatory)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and dessert finishing
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with good time management skills
- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred

Experience Level
- Commi 1: 2-4 years of bakery & pastry experience
- Commi 2: 1-2 years of bakery & pastry experience
