Job Title: Motivator / Corporate Trainer

Location: VIP VISAKAPATNAM
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct motivational and performance training sessions
- Inspire and engage employees to improve productivity
- Support team building and leadership development activities
- Identify performance gaps and suggest improvement strategies
- Coordinate with management for training programs
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Psychology / MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training or motivational speaking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, confident, and result-oriented personality
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
