- Experience in Custody/Capital Markets
- Experience or knowledge of Account Opening and KYC (Demat or Cash Account opening for Non-Residents)
- Awareness of Basic documents of Non-ResidentsJob Summary
- Ensure that all Service Level Standards agreed with various units and clients are met with high levels of integrity and professionalism
- Conduct regular reviews / documentation of Service Level Agreements with FI clients and customer segment
- Prepare and disseminate custody circulars on market developments, operation changes, regulatory & securities industry updates.



Incumbent should be seen by the clients as ‘their’ person in India as they normally would not have a local presence

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAchieve consistently high performance service levels of all major clients covering:
- Account Opening
- Servicing
- Market Guide Updation
- Sending of Bulletins
- Migration of customers on IDEAL Securities
- Follow-up with customers on Fees
- ReKYC of FPIs
- Update market guide on regular basis

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
