Job Summary:
The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students/clients regarding courses, career options, and admissions process. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students for admission conversion.
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly.
- Assist students with admission documentation and process.
- Achieve monthly enrollment/admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations team.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream).
- MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,588.16 per month
