We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to handle core recruitment. The role requires full time work from office in Bhopal.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end non-tech recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Managing job postings on portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Ensuring timely closures of assigned positions
Requirements:
- Experience in core hiring
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines
- Comfortable working full-time from office (Bhopal location)
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
