Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items.
- Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), pricing, and making charges.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic showroom documentation.
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness.
- Stay updated with current jewellery trends and designs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a jewellery showroom (mandatory).:
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software).
- Honest, trustworthy, and target-oriented.

Salary:
18-25k + Incentives (based on performance)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
