- To write and execute test plans & test cases
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement in product.
- Analyze the client issues and find the root cause and suggest the solution.
- Re-testing the software after bugs have been fixed to ensure no recent issues have arisen.
- Checking for incorrect language usage and incorrect formatting.
- Create and maintain QA policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the product meets regulatory and compliance standards.
- Make sure products meet customer expectations
- Knowledge of e-commerce and accounting will be an advantage.
