Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Explain company services including film production, ad shoots, corporate videos, and digital marketing content.
- Fix appointments for the sales or creative team with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information about pricing and packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (media industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of film production, advertising, or media services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
