Hiring Accounts Executive for a Company into service Industry To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain compliance with GST and TDS regulations while delivering timely financial reports and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping

Handle Sales & Purchase Invoicing

Ensure accurate GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

Vendor & customer account reconciliation

Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting

Technical Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas)

Good understanding of GST & TDS compliance

Experience in accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)





Solid analytical and numerical ability

Detail-oriented with high accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and handle workload independently

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
