Receive goods from suppliers and verify quantities and quality
- Inspect incoming stock for damage or discrepancies
- Properly label, store, and arrange items in the warehouse/store
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock rotation
- Assist in order picking, packing, and dispatch to customers
- Prepare delivery notes and stock issue documents
- Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in audits
- Monitor expiry dates and report slow-moving or expired stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Report stock shortages, damages, and variances to supervisors
- Assist supervisors with daily store and distribution operations
