DRNK is a vibe that offers affordable, low-calorie beverages like iced coffees, matcha, and slushies, with a flagship store in Bandra West. It is expanding rapilty and opening multiple stores around the city.

About the Job Role:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes and Beverages according to brand standards and assigned section.
- Deliver consistent quality across all food items, maintaining precision in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Follow all recipes, plating guidelines, and SOPs
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient service, especially during peak hours.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and proactively.
- Communicate any product shortages, equipment issues,



or operational concerns to senior chefs promptly.
- Contribute creative ideas when requested and show willingness to learn.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef (experience in similar Cafes)
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training.
- Strong knowledge of global cuisines and modern culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, precision, and consistency.
- Passion for growth and willingness to learn in a new, energetic property.
