Location: Nashik

Shift: US Shift (6 PM to 3:30 AM), 5 Days a week.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Work on job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants and clients.

Skills Required:
1-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Strong knowledge of technologies (Java,.NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.)

Experience working with VMS portals, MSPs, and Direct Clients

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven US shift
