Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Plan and execute social media calendars
- Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically
- Monitor comments, messages, and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze performance using insights and prepare reports
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Basic understanding of hashtags, reach, and engagement
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva (preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
