Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and caring individual to provide home care and academic support for a child. The role includes helping with middle school studies, supervising daily routines, and engaging the child in meaningful extracurricular and skill-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive home care and supervision for the child
- Support middle school academics (homework help, revision, basic teaching)
- Encourage structured study habits and discipline
- Plan and conduct engaging extracurricular activities
- Support creative learning through games, reading, and practical activities
- Assist with activity-based learning and skill development
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment
- Communicate progress or concerns with parents regularly

Extracurricular Activity Support (preferred)
- Art & craft




- Reading and storytelling
- Public speaking or communication practice
- Basic sports / physical play
- Music, dance, or creative expression
- Brain games, puzzles, or skill-building activities

(Ability to teach or guide any structured extracurricular program is a strong advantage.)

Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience in child care, tutoring, or working with school-age children
- Patient, responsible, and child-friendly personality
- Positive communication and teaching skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Interest in child development and activity-based learning

Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Background in education, childcare, or activity training
- Creative and energetic approach to working with children
