Job Description for Lab Technician

We are seeking a Lab Technician who is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing patient samples to assist doctors in diagnosing and treating diseases.

Working Time: 9:30am to 6pm (Full Time)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Standard

Location: HCF Hospital, Near Malav Talav | Before Rajvadu | Jivraj Park | Ahmedabad - 380051 | Gujarat

Responsibilities
- Collect blood, urine, stool, and other samples
- Perform routine lab tests (CBC, Blood Sugar, LFT, KFT, etc.)
- Operate lab equipment (microscope, centrifuge, analyzer)
- Maintain laboratory records and reports
- Ensure hygiene and sterilization standards
- Follow biomedical waste disposal guidelines
- Assist pathologist/consultant in special tests





Qualifications
- DMLT / BMLT (Diploma or Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology)
- Registration with Gujarat Medical Council (if applicable)
- 1-3 years hospital lab experience preferred

Skills
- Knowledge of pathology procedures
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (LIS system)
- Infection control awareness
- Valuable communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
